Major activities include long-term student exchanges for dual degrees, joint programmes (intensive and extensive), the quality control and certification of members’ cooperation programmes, supporting and promoting joint applications for funding to the EU programmes and representing members with international organisations. T.I.M.E. actively supports applications by consortia involving its members for the various European funding actions.
T.I.M.E. will play two major roles: (a) Project Evaluation and Audit. This will consist in a critical examination of how the project is run and to what extent it meets the EU objectives, but also of the EU programme itself (to what extent it meets the stated objectives). T.I.M.E. will provide evaluation services through its Secretary General (see vita below); (b) Dissemination. The network will ensure that knowledge and experience gained by the consortium members is shared with all T.I.M.E. members. It is hoped that those members involved in ERASMUS MUNDUS (and there are many) will incite others to try to emulate them.
