I have had before a mobility grant of 19 months in the EU, can I apply again?
No you can’t. To be eligible third country students must have not resided nor carried out their main activity (study, work, etc) for more than a total of 12 months over the last five years in one of the European countries.

I did not take any language test, which other document can I upload to replace the language test certificate?
If you do not have a language certificate issued by a school or an institution officially recognised in your country. You can also submit the Certificate issued by your home University with the statement that you are eligible to study in English.

I am a student interested in participating in the HERITAGE project, what language do I have to translate my documents to?
According to the call for applications guidelines the “candidates have to submit all supporting documents in the official language of instruction of the hosting university, or failing that, in English”. That is to say, preferably in the language of the host university. Only if it is not possible, you should send it in English.

Must the Recommendation Letters be written by professors? Is there any template for these Letters?
The Recommendation Letter must be written in English by professors and there is not a template for it. Therefore, its content and structure is freely decided by the person who signs the Letter.

I do not have a passport yet, which document shall I upload?
If you do not have a passport yet, or if your passport is not valid anymore, you can upload a copy of another ID at the time of your application. However, make sure you do the necessary to get a valid passport. Indeed, you will need it in case you are selected !

I am graduating this semester, can I apply to the HERITAGE SECOND COHORT (second call for applications)?
The second call for applications (second cohort) is only open to exchange students. This means that you need to be registered in an indian higher education institution. Indeed, the exchange mobility will enable you to spend 1 or 2 semesters in one of the european institutions partner of HERITAGE, and go back to your home institution to finish your degree.
