Explanatory text | The programme is designed to meet the needs of professionals and practitioners in a range of sectors. The programme combines theoretical studies and practical elements which can be applied in the modern food and nutrition environment. There are two main streams for this MSc one focuses on Food Safety & Technology the other on Nutrition & Policy Studies. The structure of the assessment programme will allow students to focus on issues relevant to their interest. The Cardiff School of Health Sciences which teaches this course also houses The Food Industry Centre.
